What this covers
The DPA governs Hostvo's processing of personal data on behalf of the customer (the "Controller") per GDPR Art. 28 / CCPA Service Provider terms.
Standard contractual clauses
We use the EU Commission's 2021 SCCs for transfers of personal data outside the EEA.
